armasuisse is the Competence Center for Procurement, Technology and Real Estate within the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport (DDPS). Responsible for the development, evaluation and procurement of systems and goods for the army (e.g. weapons, vehicles, aircraft) as well as for the management of real estate and technology trends to ensure Switzerland’s security. It procures, tests and disposes of material, manages real estate and researches new solutions for military and civilian customers. The presentation aims to provide an overview of the company and explain how industry or researchers can obtain government contracts.
