“iBAT” is a non-profit association according to articles 60 to 79 of the Swiss Civil Code. The Association is an independent legal entity with legal capacity. It is governed by Swiss law (Bylaws).

Condition Acceptance

I understand the conditions concerning the membership fees. Subsequently membership fees for Associate Members are set as follows:

Micro and Small Enterprises (companies with 0-49 employees): 500 CHF/year
Medium-sized companies (companies with 50-249 employees): 1000 CHF/year
Large companies (companies with over 250 employees): 2000 CHF/year

Acceptance

I accept that iBAT uses my organizations logo on the website.
